报告人简介😧： Dr. Zhiguo Zhang is a professor of Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He has a broad background in biochemistry, genetics, epigenetics and cancer epigenetics. He devoted himself to elucidate how epigenetically determined chromatin states are inherited during S phase of the cell cycle and to understand how epigenetic alterations promote tumorigenesis and drug resistance in gliomas. Since the establishment of his laboratory in 2003, they have made significant contributions to understanding how nucleosome assembly pathways are regulated in yeast and human cells, and how onco-histone mutations found in pediatric glioma and chondroblastoma reprogram cancer epigenome and drive tumorigenesis. He has published many papers about their discoveries in PNAS, Science, Nature, Cell, Molecular Cell and Genes and Development.
