报告人简介：田志新教授，1997年7月本科毕业于湖南师范大学化学教育学专业，2000年7月获得湖南师范大学有机化学硕士学位，2003年8月获得中国科天美化研究所化学博士💇🏿‍♀️。2003-2004年担任中国科天美化研究所研究助理，2004-2008年在美国明尼苏达大学双城分校从事博士后研究8️⃣👣，2008-2011年间在美国西北太平洋家实验室做博士后研究。2011-2013年担任中国科天美大连化学物理研究所研究员、高分辨质谱技术研究组组长。2013年至今任同济大学化学科学与工程天美教授，博士生导师。研究兴趣包括：1、蛋白质组学新技术新方法及比较蛋白质组学；2💆🏽、糖组学新技术新方法及比较糖组学；3、整体蛋白质及多糖高效液相色谱分离；4、生物大分子电喷雾质谱原位解析及数据库搜索算法和引擎🌟。

 

报告内容❤️‍：With the successful development of the state-of-the-art soft ionization, multi-dimensional separation, high-end mass analyzers, isotopic labeling and bioinformatics tools, mass spectrometry has been widely used for comprehensive and deep characterization of proteomes and glycomes qualitatively and quantitatively. In this talk, I will give a brief introduction to (1) current development and application status of biological mass spectrometry, proteomics and glycomics; (2) new methods and technologies developed in our group as well as our unique capabilities.
