报告人简介:李乙文博士,1986年12月出生。2008年6月在中国科学技术大学化学系获得学士学位🤴🏿;2013年8月在美国阿克伦大学高分子科学系获得博士学位;2013年8月至今在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校化学与生物化学系从事博士后研究工作🏏,2015年被四川大学引进为教授。在JACS🏋️♂️,ACS Nano🌠,Chemical Science,Macromolecules等化学和高分子科学的主流杂志上发表论文35篇🧙🏽♂️,包括第一/通讯作者论文共17篇(IF大于5.0的13篇)💝🕵️♀️,并撰写英文专著一章。8篇论文入选杂志热门论文或者封面文章🙋🏽,相关研究成果被NSF, C&EN, Science Daily等多个媒体转载和报道。
报告摘要🏤:The sophisticated use of functional soft materials with well-controlled chemical compositions and physical parameters may hold the key to the development of desired macroscopic porperties. One successful strategy relies on the selective assembly of well-defined amphiphilic molecules constructed by several immiscible building blocks (such as polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane nanocage, cyclic peptide, catechol moiety, etc.). Designed symmetry breaking of these amphiphiles introduces precise positional interactions at the nanoscale and results in perse selectively assembled, highly ordered supramolecular nanostructures with controlled shape, symmetry and deformability in bulk and solution. We believe those materials could offer numerous new opportunities in energy, engineering, and healthcare-related areas.
