许琛琦,男👶🏼,中国科天美生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员👨🏫,博士生导师、国家“万人计划”领军人才🍈、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。在免疫学领域做出了系列性原创成果,阐明了关键免疫受体的调控机制并发展了肿瘤免疫治疗的新策略。他的代表性工作已发表于Cell 2020, Nature 2018,Nature🗾👆🏻,2016,Nature 2013等🙇🏽♀️,两项成果入选中国科学十大进展/中国生命科学十大进展🚣🏼,其发明专利已成功转化♣︎。曾获上海市青年杰出贡献奖、中国青年科技奖📕、谈家桢生命科学奖创新奖等奖项;担任中国生物化学
与分子生物学会理事、副秘书长;受邀在Nature Reviews Immunology, Nature Metabolism, Cancer

报告内容:
T cell receptor is one of the most complicated signaling machinery that contains an antigen recognition subunit TCRab and three signaling subunits CD3ed, CD3eg and CD3zz. Upon the binding of TCR with cognate antigen, the tyrosine motifs in CD3 chains are phosphorylated by Lck kinase to initiate a signaling cascade that eventually leads to transcriptional activities. However, it isstill a mystery of the transmembrane signaling of TCR. Multiple important questions remain elusive: 1. How TCR discriminates different antigens? 2. Why TCR needs so many CD3 chains to transduce antigen signaling? 3. How is CD3 tyrosine phosphorylation regulated? How to translate TCR signaling mechanisms to effective T cell therapies? This talk will introduce our current understanding of TCR signaling and discuss new strategies of T cell therapy.
